Hey :) I am 18 years old, 5’ 7”, and 144 lbs. I started off being 149 pounds. The difference in this picture is only 5 pounds. That just goes to show you what toning can do for you, and also that the number on the scale doesn’t always matter!
How?? I want to know the damn routines people!
Made another before and after.
So my first photo was at around 160 pounds, after I lost 10 pounds from starving myself (back when I took my very first approach before I knew better, and gained back to 170 shortly after) And this was taken yesterday (october 1 2012) sitting at 130 pounds - after losing 40 pounds altogether, eating enough and the right foods, and working out regularly. :)
I’m 5’10 160 right now. This is such inspiration.
